UK Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 48 hours and deliveries should take no more than 48 hours to reach you. However, if you can, order up to a week before you might run out of products. We use different couriers for deliveries but often DHL.
There are no carriage costs for orders over £50. For all orders between £20 and £50 we charge £5.50 or £15.50 for locations remote from us. Couriers charge more to deliver to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and our islands (except Isle of Wight). We are sorry but it is not sustainable to dispatch orders for less than £20 plus delivery costs.

International Deliveries

Damaged parcels
If your parcel appears damaged when it arrives please refuse delivery, photograph it if possible and email us at [email protected].
